If you had ONE audition you could do over what would it be and why?
Was it wonderful, horrible, one small thing you would change or would you change everything - GO!
My very first big audtion was for the 5th ave musical "Princesses" and I was 14. I went in with three pieces (all from Chicago) that weren't in a book, but were taped together from end to end. Ian was playing for me and I'm pretty sure he was mortified.
I would do my Les Mis one. We were allowed to re-audition the second day of auditions if we wanted to, and I didn't go. I thought I'd be happy enough just being in the ensemble, and I was, but I could have been Cosette.

ReplyDeleteThe one thing for me would be to hope i had a chance of doing a good job and not looking like a fool, 2nd trying out for an audition.
